National Age Groups 2025

Massive well done to the 11 ADC divers who travelled down to Birmingham at the end of June to compete at the National Age Group Championships. All the divers put in some brilliant performances and should be incredibly proud of themselves and all the hard work they put into their sessions in the weeks leading up to the event.

Special shout-out to Eva, who won the bronze medal 🥉 in the Girls D 1m event!

It was an amazing trip, and the two Team Managers, Lyndsey Martin and Gillian Crooks, who were fantastic. Taking such good care of the divers on the 5-day trip and making sure there were plenty of laughs, games and quizzes along the way. 🎉🤙
